Animal charities like ourselves, we cannot thank @rickygervais enough for the support he has given to Dogs on the streets. His support actually got us out of a financial crisis a couple of months ago where I feared we would have to close our doors. ๐งก
Shame on the security staff!!
ZARA in Bristol was shutdown by friends and family of a 14 year old girl who attempted to seek refuge inside the store after being chased by at least 15 youths!! She was forced to leave the shop, frightened and alone!! She was then beaten to a pulp and hospitalised by the attackers!!
Sometime last week I was feeding my dog lamb's liver and the amount of abuse I got from a few people who thinks the world owes them something was unbelievable.

Morocco Faces Global
Backlash Over Alleged Mass Killing of Stray Dogs Ahead of 2030 World Cup.
Morocco is under international criticism after animal welfare groups accused the government of killing large numbers of stray dogs as it prepares to co-host the 2030 FIFA World Cup.
Reports say stray dogs are being shot, poisoned, or left to starve. The International Animal Welfare and Protection Coalition (IAWPC) claims hundreds of thousands of dogs are killed every year, and up to three million could be targeted in a "mass slaughter." Morocco denies these claims.
Investigators say a facility near Marrakech captures dogs, puts them in vans, and kills them out of sight. Witnesses report dogs are trapped, crowded into small pens, and sometimes shot, poisoned, or burned.
The IAWPC's 91-page report details these killings, which reportedly rose after Morocco became a 2030 World Cup co-host. Morocco's London embassy denies a World Cup-related dog cull, saying it supports humane animal care.
Animal groups say mass culls don't fix the stray dog problem and may harm public health. In 2019, Morocco supported a programme to trap, neuter, vaccinate, and return stray dogs (TNVR) but activists say it was
poorly carried out.
Photos online show dogs being shot or dumped in mass graves, though not all are verified. Actor Mark Ruffalo called it a "moral failure" and urged humane solutions.
