To mark our next chapter & better reflect what we do, our name is changing.
We are now SAMH, Scottish Action for Mental Health.
Because action is what is needed for Scotland’s mental health, today and tomorrow.
This is a huge blow for our community, but we will keep fighting to raise the standard of mental health hospitals. If you want to fight alongside us, become a campaigner – https://t.co/dy6eVIFuzW 7/7
Now this is incredible😲
@ro_jito (one of our Trustees) is running 47 marathons this year for Mind 🏃🏽♂️
He's raised around £45K for us since 2013 to help fight mental health.
Now, ahead of his 50th birthday. He wants to hit £50,000 in a total of 50 events.
Thank you Rohan!
We are hosting public lectures to mark our 100th year!
Our first, Preventing suicide today and in the future, will bring the UK’s leading experts to Glasgow to discuss how we can all prevent suicide together.
