Done for the day and my first stop is B.I Pizzeria on Lasto Oketch street. I am meeting a 27 year old Bateme Isaac an entrepreneur and his business partner @izzyfortunate who are taking over the pizza scene in Gulu.
Originally from Busoga, they have made Gulu home!
He built his oven from scratch, has grown his organic clientele and poses about being one of the best pizza places in Gulu.
I have fallen for their zeal and passion for the hustle.
