@RobinPilkey $3K for IB creates a private stream in public schools. If the TDSB can't afford to offer IB, don't do it at all. You know that a fee creates a barrier, even if there are bursaries available. This is icky. (And the fact that other boards do it doesn't make it right.)

@dayfat @JoshMatlow Current zoning arguably provides for insufficient density at transit hubs. The City generally waits for development proposals to apply for rezonings rather than undertaking a city-wide review to ensure transit hubs are preemptively zoned for appropriate levels of density.

@JoshMatlow I'm your constituent, an urban planner and a renter. Not a PC supporter by any means. But it seems a little late to realize we should be dramatically increasing neighbourhood infrastructure/services around transit hubs. We've known the Crosstown's route for years.
