@Ryanair why can’t I make a verify payment in my account. Apparently I can’t even call you until I have verified because I booked via skyscanner. I’m trying to surprise payment and keep getting an oops message. Is this a money scam so I have to do in at checkin and pay even more?

@British_Airways Hi, booked business class tickets from Manchester to Barbados flying with your partner company air lingus. It is saying we can select our seats until checkin 24hrs before. Is this correct ? We have paid a lot of money for business class and would expect to select

@ManCity what happened to customer support. We placed an order in July for 2 commemorative shirts as Christmas presents. We had an email in Nov to say you would email by 20th Nov to confirm delivery date. Since that we have not heard, tried ringing emailing but not heard back at!

@virginmedia Your apology doesn’t help the situation. This has been ongoing since Friday. We had no internet all Friday day and night also. Saturday and Sunday on and off. Where’s the refund for the lack of service or for the fact that we are having to use all our data on our phones

@virginmedia another day of my internet not working in the M41 area. Absolutely sick of paying for a service and not receiving what we pay for. It’s been like this all week. Why am I paying over £250 a month for this!!! Absolutely fuming and can’t work again !

@virginmedia Yes it’s been like this all week. Apparently your engineers are working on it yet again! Are you going up pay for all the data myself and 3 family members are having to use on our mobiles.

@ThailandPass Hi do you know when they are changing the Thailand pass form for test and go for children over 12 with just one dose ? At the minute it still requires you to upload proof of 2 vaccination. It states from 16th Dec only 1 vaccination is required for children.

@SimonCalder can I please ask if you know what happens if you test positive in somewhere like Portugal or Croatia before you are due to fly back to the uk ? Can you stay in your hotel or villa or do you get escorted to a quarantine hotel ?
