Contact @Ryanair to resolve after speaking with several people through chat and telephone I am no closer.

Please can somebody contact me to resolve this issue as it is preventing me change the date of my flight within your 24 hr timeframe as well !

3) contact a member of the team to link the infant with the already purchased seat

I even asked them to clarify if there would be a fee for changing the name of the seat.

Go to link the seat with the lap infant as advised, £150 fee !

Arguably their loss because that was the shopping trip done. Customer service is everything, I can cope with a shoddy policy or two but to be made to feel so embarrassed is just not a good look.

@graceemsxx I find things like setting timers on days that I’m struggling if I find myself distracted I set timer for 5 mins, go do something else then when the timer goes I’d have that one thing in your to do ready to start, always happy to chat about my adhd and coping.
