@ZARA I have been waiting 11 days for a refund. Your chat isn’t working, WhatsApp help is AI so useless & the return link on your website isn’t working! Can someone please help!
@TheAA_UK A certain amount of hours? They took them 45 minutes/1 hour & left them for nearly 5 hours before the next truck turned up (the final straw for them was the wrong truck 11 hours after they first set off). Makes no sense & the driving law is just an excuse in this case.
@TheAA_UK absolutely disgusted that the AA have taken 11 hours to move my parents & their caravan 80 miles!!! Taking them across one county then dumping them at a service’s to wait for the next driver, what a disgraceful service, 3 drivers & one incorrect truck. Shocking!!!
@TheAA_UK They’ve made their own arrangements after you sent the wrong truck! Please can you advise what driving laws stop you taking them directly home (it was 120 miles), as this may help me understand how they’ve been treated.
The wrong truck turned up at 5pm and now at 7.30pm they’ve had to arrange to get themselves home as you couldn’t guarantee a time! I am so shocked at how they’ve been treated. Shameful treatment, surely you could have arranged to take them home in one go.

She was desperate to go to the launch a memory event in Poole but the tickets are so hard to get. This will at least show her where her name is, even if she can’t see it in person.

@NeilDance @JDSports Thank you I agree! Or let me drop off the one slider to a closer branch & pick up a new pair then they sort out getting it back to Poole! The staff member wasn’t careful she was shoving my things in the bag and it wasn’t open properly. #frustratedJD!
@JDSports I’ve done this & got told told to call customer services who only deal with online orders & were of no use as it’s a branch purchase!
