Really disappointed with @AXS_UK and @O2 for not providing accessible tickets for O2 priority events and then neither responding to emails / requests for support. Are your disabled customers not allowed the same opportunities as your abled customers?

Realised after 48 hours that a perfume was fake, despite having paid for buyer protection they won’t do anything.
WTF is going on with @AmazonUK ? Parcel due yesterday, said there has been a problem. Rang customer service who said I need to wait a month before getting a refund, then hung up when I said that was utterly ridiculous. They are incapable of delivering parcels atm. So unreliable.
A huge increase in children needing EHCP’s, can we not just realise that mainstream education is FAILING children? My daughter did ok at a mainstream until her support was taken away. Now has an EHCP & is at a specialist school £££
More support and TA’s are needed in mainstream
