@TfL any news on strike updates? Looking to travel Sunday 23rd or Monday 24th and just says reduced service so tubes will be running just not as often?
@SkyHelpTeam something to note our neighbours have received a wifi hub to keep them working, £9 a day compensation and calls with updates every 2 days from BT…sky have done nothing
@SkyHelpTeam You press for issues with broadband and get an auto message saying we don’t know / have no info and then it hangs up. This is costing us a lot of money in data bolt ons to work from home. How can no one know what is going on after a week?!
@SkyHelpTeam I’ve run this many times days outage in the area will be fixed in 2 days but it’s said that since Monday and no one can tell me anything. I just keep getting sent the same link to run the same test
@SkyHelpTeam Hi Scott. So unhelpful. Complete loss of service is now and needs to be fixed but before that we have documentation of losing service every hour or so but then it would come back. So disruptive but conveniently exempt from your compensation rules.
@SkyHelpTeam another internet outage the 4th in the last 10 days. Another useful generic message of it’s out and will be back in a couple of days maybe sooner. Can’t get through to anyone but a robot! Still being charged full amount despite this now being a monthly occurrence
@SkyHelpTeam for the 4th time in 10 days we’re without internet no explanations and compensation only if it lasts more than 2 days always fixed just before then but surly should have to pay if it’s every few days! Sort it out!
@HotelChocolat awful customer service placed a corporate order for our employees Christmas gifts just been told they’ve run out of stock and now can’t get hold of anyone!
@jlandpcustserv paid extra for next day delivery nothing has turned up just been told it was because I wasn’t in with a photo of someone else’s front door!?
