@FirstBSA sadly it's not uncommon. Bus drivers often seem to be unsympathetic if the app is at all slow. Its a shame as the app is so useful

@FirstBSA extremely unimpressed with the attitude of bus driver. He was very rude and I felt humiliated. Clearly they should have been told

@FirstBSA I got kicked off the bus because of this. Got told it wasn't the bus driver's problem and he refused to move the bus til I got off
