Avoid @virginmedia if possible! We have issues with our wifi everyday. Never any advice other than reset your hub. Awful awful service.

I was a @SkyUK customer for 10 years and I never had any problems. Now I am forced to use @virginmedia in my new property. Not had internet/TV/phone line for weeks, their customer service is a joke. Please avoid this company if you can.

@TheRAC_UK pay monthly for cover. Single woman left at the side of road, told the wait would be six hours. Ended up paying a local garage to come and recover me. Ending my cover tomorrow. What an absolute joke.
