This is one is a special one for me. As a lot of you know, my airline pilot career started in Chile back in the early 2000s. At this point in my career some 25 years later, the sight of the Andes laying before me as the sun rises behind us still leaves me breathless. The UMKAL arrival into Santiago as you cross over from Argentina into Chile on a clear day has to be one of the most memorable experiences for anyone who hasn’t experienced it before. Even for us who fly it regularly, it remains one of the most incredible sights we’re privileged to see.

I'm excited to see how this shapes the next flight school market

If I were making a flight school to pump career pilots into airbuses, I would be seriously considering this as a good fleet upgrade
