Light is to combat darkness, what is the rationate behind bringing light in the day and switching off in the night when it's mostly needed? Even as am writing right now,there is no light on this Axis, they took it around 6pm Friday evening, till now not even a flash.

For the past four days I've been in my house at Alh.Yusuf Adebayo street off Ibafon Street Coconut Axis Olodi-Apapa Lagos, they bring light from around 5am take it by 9am, they bring it back by 2pm take it around 8pm.till 5am next day.What is the rationate behind this?
