Im glad, they do not protect customers and have lost lots because of practices they take the side of breakers that lie about whats really being auctioned off. They allows moderators to upset and lie and because its not directly from them , they get off the hook. Also not being able to see the comments on video receipts , can't prove questions asked breakers and the lies replied .
