@airbnb@airbnbhelp 14 years. Hundreds of stays. Thousands spent.
After I was forced into a last-minute $4K booking (due to construction at the first), I arrived at a place blatantly misrepresented. Left: reality. Right: listing. Airbnb’s response? “Turn on the lights.” Shameful.
@AirbnbHelp@Airbnb 15+ years and countless stays with 0 negative reviews. Airbnb refused to remove a review containing disputed factual allegations. I was informed the host submitted no evidence. How does that satisfy Airbnb’s “authentic and trustworthy” review policy? escalate.
@TAP_Portugal my elderly mum was physically trapped in a malfunctioning business class seat on a TAP flight for 20+ minutes. Crew said it was a system-wide failure affecting multiple passengers. TAP’s response was to send me a link to a complaint form. So much for “safety first”!
@CarlosPinedoC@PoliciaStaMarta Soy italiano. Adoro Santa Marta, Colombia, y a los colombianos. Que no suelten a esos demonios. Que sean un EJEMPLO de cómo el país maneja estos crímenes inhumanos.
Day 2 stuck in a misrepresented @Airbnb property by @NayaHomes — still no refund, no resolution, no accountability.
Host says “we’re checking.” Airbnb closed the thread. I’m documenting everything. #AirbnbHorrorStory#TravelScam

Thought you might want to see this: listing fraud on Airbnb, no support after 14 years as a guest. Original tweet and photo thread here.
@InsideAirbnb Hi – I’m dealing with a serious case of listing misrepresentation on Airbnb. Their support has stalled completely. Would love to connect or hear your advice.

This is far from an isolated case — Airbnb continues to ignore blatant listing misrepresentation.
14 years, hundreds of stays, and this is the response?
