We joined the stakeholder validation for Kilifi County’s Sexuality Education Guide, reviewing, sharing insights & recommending improvements. This marks a big step toward an inclusive, localized guide that meets the needs of Kilifi’s youth. #EmpowerNetOrg
Who do GBV survivors turn to first? Often, it’s Community Health Promoters (CHPs),trusted, approachable, and present.
Through the #TunzaProject, we trained 30 CHPs in Ganze to identify, respond, and connect survivors (16–35 yrs) to psychosocial, skilling & empowerment support.
Through the Tunza Project, EmpowerNet Org & @CREAWKenya trained 100 AGYW in Mida on GBV prevention & SRHR. The safe space left girls empowered with knowledge & confidence. Survivors were referred for support under Jasiri Program. #EndGBV#SRHR#TUNZAProject
