Dear @cenbank reporting @Sterling_Bankng over a transaction I initiated yesterday that hasn't reached beneficiary. I've contacted them and I'm told dispute will be resolved on the 6th which is about 4 days from when transaction was done. Please look into this.

@Sterling_Bankng @sterlinghelp I made a transfer yesterday that hasn't been credited even as I was debited. I'm getting agitated cos this has happened before and wasnt resolved cos they said they couldn't find the transaction yet I was debited and never got a reversal.
