The Conservative 4th Circuit Federal Appeals court Judge in the Abrego Garcia case stated:

"The way that the administration is behaving appears to signal a crumbling of American democracy”. He then begs the administration to "follow the Constitution in a way that preserves American Democracy while there is still time”.

The Judge Continues: “If today the Executive claims the right to deport without due process and in disregard of court orders, what assurance will there be tomorrow that it will not deport American Citizens and then disclaim responsibility to bring them home? And what assurance shall there be that the Executive will not train its broad discretionary powers upon its political enemies?”

AHA, Health-ISAC Warn Hospitals of Potential Multi-City Terror Threat

The American Hospital Association (AHA) and Health-ISAC have issued a Joint Threat Bulletin after a social media post suggested a coordinated, multi-city attack on hospitals in the coming weeks.

While the threat’s credibility is unconfirmed, the AHA and Health-ISAC are working closely with the FBI and urging hospitals to review security plans and remain vigilant.

Healthcare organizations are advised to strengthen security, monitor for suspicious activity, and report concerns to law enforcement.
