Trying to be in a healthy relationship after an extremely toxic one is hard. You catch yourself falling into old thoughts and need so much reassurance.

I hate that people think I’m healed from my eating disorder because I’ve gained weight. I’m struggling just as much now if not more than ever. You could just tell more when I was severely underweight.
I hate that I feel like I’m never doing enough or good enough for my standards. I wish I could just enjoy where I’m at instead of constantly stressing about where I think I should be.

I used to miss out on so much because I was scared to go places by myself. Finding peace in being alone has been such a freeing experience. I’ve learned that you judge yourself more than anyone else, it’s really not that big of a deal.
