I’ve spent 2.5 hours on hold to Hmrc. I have spoken to multiple departments who keep giving me numbers to be told ‘we don’t deal with that, call this number.’ Now I have the ‘right phone numberI’ all I get is ‘we can’t take your call right now. Goodbye.’ Seriously @HMRCcustomers
