@Deliveroo we received someone else’s order last night. I was informed my order couldn’t be refunded. I was left with food my children couldn’t eat due to allergies and £26 worse off! This is not ok. Tried the online chat no help.

@HalsburyTravel Cancelled trip! 90 kids left disappointed! Company suggest they have been offered an alternative? Splitting the kids between coach and air 2 weeks before travel date! (Not realistic or acceptable!)

@emsak Hi Emma, we're really sorry the trip was cancelled. An alternative solution that would have allowed the whole group to travel and enjoy the full itinerary in Germany was offered. However, the school decided this was unsuitable & took the decision to cancel the tour. 1/2

@HalsburyTravel You did not offer a safe or adequate solution. Expecting a school with a weeks notice to risk assess and staff for the trip to split across two forms of transportation (plane/coach) is completely unacceptable and unrealistic! The safety of our children is paramount!
