BREAKING: Obama's White House ethics czar rips into MAGA hack Judge Aileen Cannon for giving "biased" treatment to Donald Trump, says that she may have finally "crossed the line" for removal.
This is VERY bad news for Trump...
Norm Eisen — who is an attorney and previously served as the aforementioned czar — went on CNN and slammed Cannon for ordering Special Counsel Jack Smith to dangerously release unredacted witness lists.
"It's the latest in a series of decisions that she has made that have caused observers to question whether she's biased in favor of the former president,” said Eisen. "I think she's crossed that line again by exposing these witnesses to harm."
He went on to point out that Cannon's poor decisions were twice overturned by an "extremely conservative" appellate court, proving just how far-right she really is.
"She tried to appoint a special master to oversee review of the documents," said Eisen. "The extremely conservative 11th Circuit that oversees her said, ‘No, that's illegal.’"
Clearly, Cannon is trying every trick up her sleeve to help Trump wriggle off the hook — and it's obviously because he was the one who appointed her to her judgeship in the first place.
"It's not surprising, but it's disappointing," Eisen said of the disastrous new redactions ruling. "The judge is needlessly exposing these individuals to threats, harassment, and possibly grave danger."
"We'll see whether DOJ appeals that or even tries to get her removed from the case," he added.
The Justice Department should immediately move to have Cannon removed. She's a Trump loyalist through and through and she's treating him like he's above the law. This cannot be allowed to stand.

BREAKING: In a fiery speech, President Biden just slammed special counsel Robert Hur for inexplicably putting in his report that the he did not remember when his son Beau died in a desperate attempt to accuse Biden of having memory lapses.

Hur’s report said investigators found Biden’s “memory was significantly limited” during interviews with his ghostwriter and an interview with Hur’s office last year. According to the report, Biden — during the 2023 interview — did not remember when his son Beau died nor the years he was vice president.
"How in the hell dare he raise that? Frankly, when I was asked the question, I thought to myself, it was none of their damn business. I don't need anyone to remind me when he passed away," Biden said tonight.
President Biden also said he’s pleased that special counsel Robert Hur “reached a firm conclusion that no charges should be brought against me in this case.”
"The special counsel acknowledged I cooperated completely. I did not throw up any roadblocks. I sought no delays,” President Biden rightfully declared.
Biden also noted that he cooperated with the probe and sat for a five hour interview over two days in October, "even though Israel had just been attacked by Hamas."

Taking to Truth Social for his rant, Trump insisted that a president "must have Full Immunity" so that he can "properly function" and "do what has to be done for the good of the Country."
Of course, attempting to overthrow our democracy because you lost an election is the furthest thing from working towards the "good of the country."
Trump called the court's ruling "Nation-destroying," which is ironically exactly what he tried to do on January 6th when he whipped his MAGA fanatics into a lather and unleashed them on the Capitol.
He went on to claim that the ruling "cannot be allowed to stand" and that it must be "overturned" because it will "terribly injury" the presidency as well as the "Life, Breath, and Success of our Country."
"A President will be afraid to act for fear of the opposite Party’s Vicious Retribution after leaving Office," wrote Trump.
"I know from personal experience because I am going through it right now," he went on. "It will become a Political Weapon used for Election Interference. Even our Elections will be corrupted and under siege. So bad, and so dangerous for our Nation. SAVE PRESIDENTIAL IMMUNITY!"
It's worth pointing out that a president should be afraid of breaking the law by attempting a violent coup. The idea that a president can do whatever he likes, break the law at whim, and then simply slither off scot-free is just about the most unAmerican idea imaginable.

It falls to all of us to make certain that it doesn't happen. Donald Trump belongs in prison, not the White House. Carroll has shown her courage, it's time for us to do the same.

The cruelty of these remarks is enough to make your stomach turn. As anyone with experience on the topic knows, substance abuse is not a result of bad parenting. It's a complex, tragic issue that tens of millions of Americans battle.
A family should be given privacy and compassion to deal with such issues, they shouldn't be mocked and insulted for them.
Watters is a pathetic, heartless man. Thankfully, Naomi Biden called him out perfectly.
"I have heard so many lies about my family, it takes a lot to make me upset. This crosses the line," she wrote on Twitter. "Not sure how this man can call himself a reporter and I hope he never has a son or daughter who struggles with anything. You can disagree with his policies without being this ugly."

Judge Lewis Kaplan — who is presiding over the E. Jean Carroll defamation lawsuit and who already had to chastise Trump's lawyer today — gave the disgraced former president a blunt warning.
"Mr. Trump has the right to be present here. That right can be forfeited and it can be forfeited if he is disruptive, which what has been reported to me consists of," said Kaplan. "And if he disregards court orders, Mr. Trump, I hope I don't have to consider excluding you from the trial."
Reacting like an angry child, Trump threw his hands up in frustration.
"I understand you're probably eager for me to do that," said Kaplan, who by now is fully aware of the way in which Trump has been exploiting the trial for political messaging.

BREAKING: Democratic Congressman Jamie Raskin goes for Donald Trump’s jugular and demands that he return the $7.8 million his companies corruptly received from foreign governments while he was president.

Taking the gloves off, Raskin sent a letter demanding the money be returned after a bombshell report from the House Oversight and Accountability Committee revealed that Trump used the White House to enrich his companies.
Twenty different foreign countries funneled money into Trump businesses — including China and Saudi Arabia, a blatant violation of the Emoluments Clause of the Constitution.
"Your acceptance of foreign emoluments while in office was a stunning violation of the U.S. Constitution — and a profound betrayal of the interests of the United States and the trust of the American people," wrote Raskin.
Crucially, Raskin pointed out that the $7.8 million is just the tip of the iceberg because Republicans scuttled the investigation before it could uncover the full extent of the corruption.
"Critically, the report was unable to provide a full accounting of the total amount of foreign emoluments you accepted as President, and thus, was unable to determine precisely what you owe to the American people," Raskin wrote. "You spent years litigating against the Committee to prevent us from obtaining any documents regarding the foreign emoluments you received while in office."
Raskin put the problem in simple terms: these countries gave money to Trump's companies because they wanted "favors and specific policy outcomes from" Trump and his administration, many of which they obtained.
Returning the money is a good start, but justice will not be served until Trump is prosecuted for turning the White House into a personal moneymaking scam.

Michelle Obama is absolutely correct. All of these issues are deadly serious — to say nothing of climate change — and with a lunatic criminal like Donald Trump at the wheel we could drive the entire planet off a cliff.
"The tone and tenor of the message matters. We can’t just say what the first thing that comes to our minds," said Mrs. Obama, an apparent reference to Trump's hateful stream-of-consciousness rambling.

BREAKING: Special Counsel Jack Smith makes a move like a chess master — files a motion to exclude special pieces of evidence in the 2020 criminal case including Trump's false claim that he is being politically targeted as well as other conspiracy theories.
If successful, this measure will stop Trump from polluting the courtroom with deranged lies...
Additionally, Smith cited the false conspiracy theory that undercover feds were hidden inside the January 6th crowd, working to instigate the violent coup attempt.
MAGA supporters have repeatedly tried to wash away the culpability for their violent actions by blaming the FBI and other federal agencies.
"The Court should not permit the defendant to turn the courtroom into a forum in which he propagates irrelevant disinformation, and should reject his attempt to inject politics into this proceeding," Smith's filing reads.
Smith asked the court to bar Trump from peddling a "theory of selective or vindictive prosecution or to otherwise improperly inject politics into the trial."
The Special Counsel tore into the lie that Trump is being prosecuted to help Democrats—
"In addition to being wrong, these allegations are irrelevant to the jury’s determination of the defendant’s guilt or innocence, would be prejudicial if presented to the jury, and must be excluded," Smith wrote.
On top of that, Smith wants the court to prohibit Trump from telling the jury that other people ""including law enforcement, military forces, unidentified secret agents, and foreign influence" are responsible for the January 6th insurrection.
This is a no-brainer.
The court must grant Jack Smith's request.

BREAKING: Republican billionaire bozo Elon Musk suffers a major black eye as Tesla recalls yet ANOTHER massive slate of cars for failing to meet federal regulations.
A staggering 120,000 vehicles are being recalled because they have doors that are at risk of unlocking during a crash — a nightmare scenario for a driver hoping to survive the impact.
The possibly fatal flaw was outlined in a letter from the National Highway and Safety Administration.
"The cabin doors can be unlocked during a crash … increasing the risk of injury," the recall letter states, meaning that the Teslas are out of compliance with federal safety standards.
The Model S and X are expected to receive a software patch to fix the issue.
Earlier this month Teslas was forced to recall a whopping 2 million cars over dangerous issues with the Autopilot system.

Barbara "Barby" Balmaseda, a 23-year-old who previously worked in the Florida Republican's office, has been officially charged with obstruction of an official proceeding, knowingly entering and remaining in a restricted building, and engaging in disorderly conduct in a Capitol building with the intent to impede a session of Congress.
Balmaseda worked for Rubio between 2018 and 2019 and was also an organizer for MAGA Governo turned failed presidential candidate Ron DeSantis.
"When Balmaseda entered the building, broken glass was scattered on the ground, and an alarm blared near the doorway," the Justice Department stated in its complaint. "After entering the Capitol, Balmaseda made her way toward the Crypt and pushed her way to the front of a crowd of rioters who were confronting a police line."
Like every other insurrectionist, this woman needs to be locked up to protect democracy.
