@NASCAR I understand the 4 charter grandfather rule, however when a driver contract is up owners shouldn't be allowed to field/fill the 4th chartered car with another driver, they should be held to the 3 car rule.

You make over 100k a year you can be available and plan accordingly... if I miss a shift because of a flight issue I get written up. That's why I don't fly on a shift day.
