We had to close all our windows in the middle of a heatwave. Yet, we pretty have the concerts in our flat. Our 1 year old was not able to sleep at all until your show finish. Our events at the amphitheater seems to have noise managed appropriately so why can’t you @Bristol_Sounds

Thanks for the refund for the food that never arrived. Yet, no explanation given for such poor customer service / experience. Highly recommend NOT using @Dominos_UK if you’re in central Bristol area. PS, we never heard back from the management team as promised.
@Dominos_UK Hi, we ordered some food on Sunday, it never got delivered but we got charged for it. We were told it’ll be 20min,40min later we called + got told the food is not even prepped. We then got a call from the store to say we can’t deliver your food yet we got charged?Why?
@Dominos_UK we were told it will not be charged and the staff in the BS1 store Josh literally put the phone down on us twice. Such poor customer service on Sunday which we have not made formal complaint. Now we got charged for the food which we never received and for bad service.
Well, thanks @pieminister! I can see you just ignore any comments from your customers. This explains why the service was bad and frankly rude at your St Nics market store. Such a shame as we are all for supporting local businesses but this is not the way forward. Don’t visit!

Hi @marksandspencer - not sure what happened to this can of chopped tomatoes. It was just a tin of sauce with no chunks of tomatoes. I think you need to rebrand and call it a can of passata instead. What happened? Thanks
Hi @waitrose, I had a delivery booked in for last Monday but your drivers were sick and the shop got cancelled. You charged me £93.02 for goods I didn’t receive. I spoke to the store+customer service team but I don’t know whether the refund had been processed+associated timescale
