3. Write, delete, rewrite the first 5 words. Google synonyms for “understanding” and “important”. Look at first 5 words of other papers.

1. Select task (answer reviewer comment)
2. Set timer for 25 minutes.
3. Stare in sadness. Make coffee. Fold clothing out of guilt. Feel more stressed.

5. Reset timer
