Leaving Emyvale at 9am for Glaslough, turn left at School for Silverstream, Castleshane, Clontibrit, Blaney, Ballybay, Newbliss (coffee stop), Threemile house, Monaghan and home.

ProTraining are holding a FREE two hour course at 19:00 on Tuesday 25th Feb in Emyvale Leisure Centre teaching you prevention and signs and symptoms of heart attack and stroke. This is a free course for both men and women and could prove invaluable.
