@Ryanair I am trying to book flights to Nantes from Manchester and have tried on multiple devices but it’s just doing the loading error. I have closed it down and tried to research but all it does when I go back in is clog the seats up I’ve reserved and it does the same again.

@TUIGroup @TUIUK trying to submit a compo form for a flight/ holiday you cancelled from manchester 12/6/22, provided flight no. and book ref and been rejected due to unable to locate flight no. So how are we supposed to claim as we are told to if its just going to be rejected???

@Nick4125 @Flight_Refunds @TUIUK I don’t think people would have minded if we had been told but we were told to go to the gate for 11.30 and we were still stood there until 14.15 when there was a change of gate. Had it came up on the board it was delayed then everyone could have stayed sat down.

@Flight_Refunds it was also a shambals in Ibiza. No tui rep came anywhere near at all. We were told to go to gate 16 and waited there for 2 hours, it changed to various destinations before it changed to gate 11 and then we still waited ages. Still no tui rep in sight @TUIUK

@Nick4125 @Flight_Refunds @TUIUK Yeah but when you are delayed for 3 hours and then your gate gets changed to various other designation then it’s only courtesy to keep you informed especially when there’s lots of young children, you know 🙄

@Flight_Refunds whats the delay rights please? We were delayed 3 hours in Ibiza today. The pilot legged it back and the landing was very hard and fast, we might have been 5 mins short of 3 hours but we were then stuck on the run way for another 15 mins at least waiting for steps.

@TUIUK stuck in Ibiza airport, should have left here at 12.35. Stuck at the gate, no sign of boarding and no staff in sight. Plenty of jet 2 staff…. Absolute shambles really!

@TUIUK I’ve had a holiday booked since last year. I paid to pick seats, we’re going with friends and have all paid to sit together.6 times I’ve had to pick our seats as tui keep changing them. We’re now not sitting in the seats we paid for and not together. How do I get a refund?
