Appalling customer service from @SagaUK trying to help an elderly neighbour out, you don’t reply to emails, it takes 1 hour 25 mins for you to answer the phone and then put on hold for 35 mins before phone cuts off! How can we get hold of anyone @SagaUK for some help?
