@guardian The only pay award for 2022 STILL not sorted as far as I know...so no pay increase since the piddly 1.75% in September 2021. Is it any wonder LAs cant recruit. They don't set #Soulbury pay either! LGA has offered well below all other QT increases. Needs more attention!

@Kingwolf84 Yes, we praise students regularly across the school day. Our year teams do 4 line-ups with regular shout outs & appreciations, we have ‘Achievement Awards’ on our weekly assemblies also. We’re big on public shows of appreciation.
