App developers, I need your opinion.

Going from $0 → $1k MRR felt surprisingly easy.

Then I hit a peak of ~$2.6k MRR…

and everything started declining.

Now I’m trying to figure out what actually broke:

• The product?
• Retention?
• Distribution?
• Positioning?
• Or did I just hit the ceiling of my initial growth channel?
