@ValenciaLoki Of course we can – and MUST – do something about a player who is earning much and not performing well.

Not a healthy position to be in when you let any player think that he’s untouchable in such scenario.

We need to demand more. I hope he’ll earn his place during the summer.

Need to have alternatives prepared, but let’s be honest: Otorbi should easily provide 2-3 G/A until January. And that’s sadly the 25/26 Diego López output.

The fun part is that David is already helping more in defence when the coach demands him to play so.

Key Valencia CF problems:

— The whole team is being very injury-prone, especially centre-backs and right-backs;
— Not much direct threat (numbers) from the wings;
— The lack of a mobile striker.

Fixing these 3 things should totally transform the team in the 2026/27 season, IMO.

Looks like he’s gaining momentum at HSV. Regular member of France U-something.
