@tonygoldmark A possible solution could be a nationwide labor strike. If enough people quit working and participated in disruptive protests to impede the companies and workers that refuse to join the strike, it could tank the economy enough to force major reform in government.

I think a metal bullet traveling at 1500 m/s could zip through the plasma stream of a lightsaber and come out the other side as a superheated glob.
