.@EncoreGlobal_ is hiring techs at 17-18$/hour while paying some of their existing technicians a little over minimum wage. Encore's last proposal to us was starting techs at 16.10$/hour. Make it make sense. @IATSE122 @IATSE

We are not asking for the whole pie, just a fair wage. Some of us make a little over minimum wage, while charging substantially more to the client.
