@Mcubbard@handyout1 I’m sure I don’t need to remind you of the flawed, costly, legal advice Galway City Council has gotten on occasion on the past in relation to a number of bylaws.
Technically, it would not take six months to create a designated licensed area in Galway. It would take 21 days. The three areas within Part 4 of the bylaws are broad enough to leave open to interpretation #primetime
