I Wept For Atiku When I Saw The Agreement He Signed With Amaechi:

Atiku Abubakar’s ADC supporters are busy mocking Kwankwaso for publicly stating that he, Obi, and the NDC leadership have a signed agreement regarding Obi’s tenure duration.

All Obidients sees that announcement as both fantastic and binding because they know 4 years is more than enough for a President like Peter Obi who puts the people's interest & priority first to perform like He was president for 12 years when compared to Buhari's wasted 8 years and Tinubu's 4 years all-round failed regime respectfully.

However, it’s now clear to me that Atiku’s supporters are either unaware of or choosing to ignore—the sealed agreement Atiku, Amaechi, and the ADC leadership signed before Amaechi agreed to be Atiku’s running mate and dropped his lawsuits over the ADC primaries that he accused Atiku that he allegly rigged with dollars.

That agreement reportedly included:

1. Atiku serving only one term, then handing over to Amaechi and supporting his ambition in 2031.
2. Atiku nominating a Northern running mate for Amaechi’s 2031 ticket.
3. Amaechi nominating key positions in Atiku’s government, including:
· GMD of NNPC
· COAS
· EFCC Chairman
· Minister of Petroleum
· Minister of Transportation
· 4 other ministerial slots
4. 25 Director-General positions.

Analysts said this pact became necessary because of Atiku’s well-documented history of respecting zoning only when it suits him—and his tendency to renege on agreements.

-That same reputation is why Wike bullied him out of the PDP and destroyed his structure there.

Peter Obi, by contrast, has a proven track record of keeping his word—even when it costs him personally. He didn’t just speak against dollarized party primaries; he walked away from them in both 2022 and 2026, even though he has ths money to buy delegates in Dollars, insisting that, that is the first point of corruption before a candidate even becomes president-elect.

As for Kwankwaso’s claim: an agreement between two principals, witnessed by a party, is morally and politically binding. And we Obidients are glad he made it public. If Obi breaks it, his brand collapses—and we all know integrity is Obi’s currency, so that will never happen.

Even if the ADC were deregistered (which is virtually impossible), agreements don’t vanish with a name change. That’s exactly the loophole Atiku exploits every time he switches parties like a donkey running in circles since 1992—without purpose or principle.

Integrity isn’t about paperwork; it’s about character. And Obi has that character—something every Atiku and Tinubu supporter secretly knows.

In conclusion:
So while Atiku's supporters mock Kwankwaso, they should look inwardly—because their own principal signed a demeaning pact that effectively made Atiku nothing more than a placeholder for Rotimi Amaechi. This is what been overly-desperate leds to.
