Any open-source project that proxies the GPT web app as an API?

I tried CLIProxyAPI and sub2api, but they seem to only proxy Codex quota.

Would web-app proxying mean near-unlimited quota, with little performance loss because the harness is still Codex-based?

So I keep project progress and agent logs in docs. When a thread gets sluggish, I start a new one, without losing key decisions or context
