I felt Miley Cyrus when she said:
"I didn't talk badly about you. I talked about what you did to me. If that makes you look bad, that's between you and your behavior. Because telling the truth about my experience isn't bitterness. It's clarity. And I'm not responsible for protecting someone's image when they had no problem damaging my peace."
Sometimes the truth only sounds harsh because someone benefited from the silence
@JordanBrace8@vinmach03@LibOrNormal At 16 you should be allowed some boundaries and privacy. Telling your parent EVERYTHING is not normal. Teenage years are about individuation.
@Dearme2_ People will sit here and blame women but a large chunk of modern men are lazy, inconsistent, passive, avoidant, etc. Men lead. Women follow. 🤷♀
@DaizyZeeX My standards are the bare minimum, and I’d rather die alone surrounded by cat shit than tolerate less than the bare minimum (consistency, honesty, and integrity)
Girls don’t like the nice guy because he’s not disagreeable, which is an inherently masculine trait. You still have to be a gentleman, just don’t be nice. That’s icky.
@OG_umaru@ALongwood19953@xAsamoahx Nope. The nervous system naturally latches onto it. You can’t intellectualize your way out of it since it’s a biological thing. Eventually yes you’ll give yourself closure as your nervous system realizes it will never get answers and start filling it away anyway.
Yeah who knows what she meant. Personally I’m referring to doormats who can’t say no and are super eager to please their woman. Yes be kind…sometimes, but don’t do whatever she wants when she wants it. If a guy can’t hold his ground and lead (without being unempathic or a prick), a woman just won’t respect him.
@Williamsjack22 Dated a guy for a month who love bombed me and made me feel special then started going hot and cold then pointed a knife at me one night. Never know what went wrong + dealing with the trauma of having someone switch up on me like that even six months later.
