I've been trapped in the building safety crisis for 7 years. I can't sell or remortgage. I've just received this bill from my "social" landlord. No spare cash left I'm afraid.

£8-£9k a year for gardening only.. 14 flats..no garden though only some grass cutting and bushes.. but as we are LEASEHOLDERS and managing co has their own gardeners .. need to bring some money “in the house” on our expense @Keir_Starmer zero control ! Only pay pay pay..

Everybody has looked the other way whilst the building sector has built and sold dangerously defective homes.

Then when found out everything has been done to protect the sector rather than help us victims.

I go to bed scared, don’t sleep, get bed exhausted to continue the fight, then rinse and repeat.

@Keir_Starmer and @mtpennycook need to really understand and internalise that, then set out exactly how they’ll rescue the generations stuck in these building crises.
