Thought for Today . . . .
Politicians lie to the people with little fear of reprisal. I'm so tired of the lack of ethics and can't do attitudes in our government. We must hold them accountable for their actions! ALL MEN ARE CREATED EQUAL!

@elonmusk
Elon,
I am writing because it has become discouraging to spend hours each day blocking and reporting spammers, scammers, and impersonators. I share the handles with evidence of why they should be reviewed, yet the problem continues.
Recently a Nigerian account asked me to donate one thousand dollars for orphaned children. That was not an isolated case. The same pattern repeats: requests for donations, requests for votes, and other scams.
Many of us give our time to report and block accounts that appear intent on harming others. The locations on these accounts repeatedly point to the same countries.
It is especially painful when people we care about lose their accounts, and when stolen valor appears alongside these abuses. That is disheartening, and it is time for a stronger response.
It is difficult to enjoy X under these conditions. Muting does not solve it. When large numbers of these accounts follow someone and report them daily in an effort to have the account removed, the harm is serious.
Your own account is well protected. I respectfully ask that ordinary users be given similar protection, so our time on X can be spent in good faith.
A practical step would be to let each of us choose which countries may follow our accounts.
Thank you for your attention to this matter.

A Texas man walked up to a Bank of America ATM and found a bag containing $128,514 in cash sitting right on top of the machine, along with another bag containing 19 checks.
Instead of taking it, he noticed information on the bag that made him think it might belong to a nearby Chick-fil-A. So this dude actually drove over there trying to return $128,000. 😂
The restaurant told him it wasn’t theirs, so he called the police. Turns out a Brinks technician had accidentally left the money behind after servicing the ATM. Police counted it and every single dollar was still there.
I gotta give this guy credit. Finding $20 on the ground is one thing. Finding a bag with $128,000 in cash and immediately trying to track down the owner is a whole different test of character.
Be honest: Would you have returned the $128,000? 😂
