1 dividen pt dapat 0% pajak kalau masuk SBN ditaham minimal 3 tahun
2 beli sbn di bca yield 7%
3. SBN lalu jaminkan ke BCA bunga 6.8%
4 kalau butuh uang utang ke bca seperlunya waktu bisa sebentar
5. bunga SBN nonstop jalan , jgn jual sampe mature pilih mature pendek max 5 6 thn dikembalikan 100, dan utang bca hanya itungan hari/ minggu/ bulan seperlunya
6. bunga dari SBN boleh tuh cicil saham hahaha risk free

Dividen yang diterima oleh Wajib Pajak Orang Pribadi dari PT dalam negeri dapat dikenakan tarif pajak 0% (tidak termasuk objek pajak) dengan syarat dana tersebut diinvestasikan kembali di wilayah Indonesia dalam instrumen tertentu seperti Surat Berharga Negara (SBN) atau SBSN.

Syarat utama untuk mendapatkan fasilitas ini adalah:

Batas Waktu Investasi: Dana dividen harus diinvestasikan paling lambat 31 Maret tahun berikutnya setelah tahun pajak dividen diterima.
Jangka Waktu Penahanan: Investasi harus ditahan minimal 3 tahun pajak terhitung sejak tahun pajak dividen diterima. Selama masa ini, investasi tidak boleh dialihkan kecuali ke instrumen investasi lain yang diizinkan.
Pelaporan: Wajib pajak wajib menyampaikan Laporan Realisasi Investasi melalui situs DJP Online paling lambat tanggal 31 Maret setiap tahunnya selama masa penahanan 3 tahun tersebut.
Jika syarat-syarat di atas tidak dipenuhi (misalnya dana ditarik sebelum 3 tahun atau tidak dilaporkan), maka dividen tersebut tetap terutang PPh Final sebesar 10% yang harus disetor sendiri oleh wajib pajak.

Follow these rules in every response:

1. UNCERTAINTY
