If you're a dude wanting to "make it"
If you feel stuck
Ask yourself
-Have I sacrificed everything I possibly can
-Do I put in 12 hours daily
-Am I doing many things VS just this 1 thing
-Do I train for this like an athlete
Why: I guarantee if you audit your day to day you will find out why you're truly stuck. You're not REALLY trying.
So many times in my life I got stuck moving up the ladder of success (still do, I'm trend towards being an F-up).
Every time I run this audit and I find
-I'm spending 2-3 hours a day with TV/Games/Social media/phone.
-I'm not optimizing my diet/health for peak creativity
-I'm doing 3-4 different things and splitting my focus
-I'm simply not putting the time in.
-I'm not actually taking real risk (the key to triggering all of this)
Every time.
I guara-an-fooking-tee that if you
-Sacrifice everything except family (for a time)
-Give up ALL hobbies/time sinks besides reading
-Clock 10-12 REAL hours a day
-Stop drinking, smoking and eating crap
No matter how dumb and disadvantaged you are...You will win.
The hack to all of this is to actually take big financial risk that will not kill you, BUT put enough pressure on you that you don't have an option to feck about.
It's not a luck thing. It's not a you thing.
It's a focus, quality and volume thing.
Isolate your focus by cutting everything
Optimize the quality by fixing your fecked brain
Increase the volume
You will become a millionaire. Even if you're a dumb shit inbred mouth breathing r-tard.
Cardio is mostly mental. Iâve believed this for years but Iâm finally able to articulate why.
Watch some of the best wrestlers in the world right now. Bo Bassett. Mitchell Messenbrink. Jax Forrest. These guys look like they have unlimited gas. People assume itâs some elite VO2 max, some superior aerobic engine. Thatâs not whatâs happening.
Pay attention to how they move. Theyâre playing.
Every shot isnât life or death. Every scramble is an opportunity rather than a life or death crisis. They attack from bad positions. They back out and reset without hesitation if the feeling isnât there. Thereâs a looseness to everything they do that looks almost casual, but on the other side of that casual posture is devastating effectiveness.
That looseness isnât a technique quirk. Itâs a performance state. Itâs the reason their cardio looks supernatural.
Hereâs what I think is actually going on:
Tightness is metabolically expensive. When youâre stressed aka afraid, afraid of giving up position, afraid of losing, afraid of looking bad, your body begins to brace for impact. Muscles that shouldnât be working are working overtime. Your breathing changes. Your movement loses fluidity. Every action costs more than it should. Youâre not gassing because your lungs are small. Youâre gassing because fear has a fuel cost.
The playful athlete doesnât have that overhead. Their nervous system isnât running a threat response in the background. This makes movement much cheaper. It makes decisions come faster. They can sustain a pace that looks impossible because for them, it actually is easier.
This is why you canât just coach someone to âattack more.â Coaches can tell their guys to go out and attack. Thatâs good solid advice. But if the athlete isnât in a playful state, if theyâre tight, if every offensive sequence feels like a high stakes gamble, the instruction wonât translate. The body canât cooperate. The mind will second guess everything they do. Theyâll gas early with no idea as to why.
The fighters that seem to have infinite endurance have trained themselves, or were born with a different relationship to competition. They reduce competition from a high stakes battle to a simple game.
Iâve watched this in myself for years doing jiu jitsu and boxing. The only time I get tired is when I leave that state. When Iâm loose, playing, experimenting, being creative, my energy expenditure is different. I do things I didnât know I could do. Time moves differently. The round ends and Iâm surprised itâs over. The moment I get tight, whether itâs ego, whether itâs fear, bad position, someone catching me off guard, my gas disappears almost immediately.
Thatâs not a coincidence. Thatâs the mechanism.
And hereâs where it gets deeper: some athletes have to almost die to find that state. Youâve seen it in fights. A guy gets badly hurt, nearly finished, he survives and then something releases. The fear burns off. The body stops bracing. And suddenly the guy who looked dead comes back to life and starts performing at a level he couldnât access before getting dropped.
That state was available the whole time. He didnât need to get hurt to find it. He just needed to let go of what was costing him.
The best athletes donât need the near death experience. They walk out already there.
Ali boxed like Ali talked, light, taunting, dancing, impossible to hold. Tyson boxed like Tyson looked, coiled, explosive, total predator. The ring doesnât create a new person. It reveals the one thatâs already there.
Which means the real question isnât âhow do I build more cardio.â Itâs âwho am I when I compete, and is that person loose enough to play?â
The future of grappling and combat sports belongs to the athletes who figured out play is the highest performance state. Not getting hyped up. Not being ultra aggression. Not discipline grinding through pain.
Play. Loose. Passionate. Present.
Train your nervous system to live there and your âcardioâ will take care of itself.
everyone reading this should be putting maximum effort into getting out of survival mode. positioning themselves so they never have to worry about bills, putting food on the table, or paying the rent. only then does the beauty of life and opportunities everywhere become visible
Iâll take it a step further -
You must convince every cell in your body and every fibre of your being, that, beyond a shadow of a doubt, your success is an inescapable inevitability.
You need to CHOOSE your reality. Otherwise it will be chosen for you. This requires daily mental clarification. One hour minimum of processing time.
Most people live on autopilot. Totally reactionary lifestyle. The antidote to this is deliberate planning, visualization, and action toward a concrete reality.
Nietzsche spoke about this briefly at length.
Forget money, forget opportunities, forget luck. You only need 2 things to make whatever you desire happen:
1. Good Health
2. The Courage To Live Fearlessly
Life is rigged in your favor, but you have to put your neck on the line to realize this. Over and over again. Or at least, I had to. Back against the wall with time running out. Nothing to do, but shoot my way out. Odds were slim and destruction was all but guaranteed. But somehow... someway... the impossible happens and I struck gold at the eleventh hour. Again.
Thank you and what a life.
Mycotoxins are lipophilic (fat loving). Your brain is 60% fat. Mold toxins bypass your blood-brain barrier and accumulate in brain tissue.
They generate massive free radicals, deplete glutathione, and one-shot your neuronal mitochondria.
Of all the mold side effects, neurological symptoms are by far the worst. Anxiety, depersonalization, impending doom. How many people with mental health issues actually have a toxin overload issue?
Focus is a funeral.
Bury every distraction. Every shiny object. Every âopportunityâ that isnât THE opportunity.
Everyone else is hopping on the latest trend. The latest algorithm induced desire.
But youâre grinding the same thing from six months ago. The thing thatâs not exciting anymore.
Thatâs the tax. Mourn the sacrifice and then bury it forever.
Scattered attention builds scattered lives. Ten things at 10% equals zero.
One thing at 100% equals everything.
You cannot harvest without tending the same dirt for years.
Breakthroughs are in the boring. Depth is in the monotony. Compound returns come from doing the same thing when nobodyâs watching and youâre not even sure itâs working anymore.
Kill that impulse to look away. Bury it. Let it rot.
Mold toxicity is one of the most under-diagnosed root causes of fatigue, anxiety, brain fog, and unexplained illness.
Removing exposure isnât enough.
You need a full cellular detox protocol to recover.
In this post, I'll cover everything you need to know about mold detox:
1) Where mold hides in your home
2) Common symptoms
3) Why bloodwork won't catch it
4) My client's mycotoxin results
5) Complete cellular detox protocol
BONUS: If you RT this post and comment "MOLD," I'll send you the full protocol.
Let's dive in.
1) Where mold hides in your home:
- Poorly maintained HVAC systems (recirculating spores)
- Water damage or leaks (behind walls, under flooring)
- High-humidity environments (basements, humid climates)
- Poor ventilation in bathrooms and kitchens
Up to 50% of homes in humid regions harbor toxic mold.
The worst offenders are Stachybotrys (black mold) and Aspergillus. They thrive behind drywall, carpets, and HVAC units.
You might not see it, but youâre breathing in spores laced with poisonous mycotoxins every day.
These mycotoxins are lipophilic, meaning fat-loving.
They lodge in your brain (60% fat) and tissues, where doctors don't look.
They attack mitochondria, drain energy, suppress thyroid function, and overload detox pathways.
Bloodwork looks "fine" but you feel like sh*t.
2) Common symptoms include:
- Chronic fatigue
- Brain fog and poor memory
- Anxiety or panic attacks
- Insomnia
- Bloating and food sensitivities
- Sinus congestion or chronic cough
If youâve âtried everythingâ and nothing works, suspect mold.
3) Why won't bloodwork catch it?
Mycotoxins don't show up on standard bloodwork. Symptoms can mimic anxiety, burnout, or hypothyroidism.
Only a few labs order mycotoxin panel or ERMI dust tests.
Mold illness is called "the great imitator" for a reason.
4) I had a client with crippling insomnia, low recovery capacity, and a suppressed immune system.
We transformed his lifestyle and got him on a well developed protocol. His markers improved, but the results just didn't add up.
Until we tested him for mold.
We performed a comprehensive mycotoxin panel on him.
The results revealed multiple mycotoxin exposures: ochratoxin, trichothecenes, and gliotoxin.
All of a sudden, his health puzzle made sense.
5) Complete cellular detox protocol
Fix your exposure FIRST, or nothing else will stick.
Step one: Clear the mold from your environment.
This means professional remediation, replacing contaminated items, and upgrading your HVAC filtration.
(I'm giving away a complete mold remediation guide at the end of this post)
But removing exposure alone isn't enough.
The mycotoxins are already IN your tissues, lodged in fat cells, organs, and brain tissue.
You need a strategic detox protocol to mobilize and eliminate them.
The approach you take is determined by which mycotoxins you're exposed to.
This is a foundational protocol that addresses the core pathways:
1. Mitochondrial Support
- CoQ10 100-200 mg/day, PQQ 20 mg/day
- Liposomal Glutathione, NAC, Shilajit, Lion's Mane
- Prioritise Zone 2 cardio (45-60 mins, nasal breathing)
2. Detox & Binder Stack (Essential)
- Add daily binders & mycotoxin binding smoothies (my go-to's are in the last post)
- Support bile & liver with calcium-D-glucarate, milk thistle, phosphatidylcholine, TUDCA
- Sauna 3-4x/week
3. Hormonal Recovery Focus
- Strength training for hormone signalling
- Ensure adequate copper/zinc, retinol, and vitamin D/K2
- Lots of micronutrients + movement
4. Sleep Restoration
- Magnesium glycinate + phosphatidylserine or reishi for evening cortisol smoothing
- Deep-clean environment: Without remediation, symptoms will recur despite intervention
TLDR: If you suspect mold exposure:
- Get tested (urine mycotoxin panel + ERMI dust test)
- Remediate your environment
- Implement a targeted detox protocol
P.S.
