It’s a crazy time in the world yet again. Even if we have zero interest in politics there’s so much going on that it’s impossible to avoid. It can get overwhelming.

Today I switched off from it all and put my phone away, went for a swim in the ocean with some best mates and enjoyed the world for the other outstanding things it has to offer- nature, sunshine, good humans, delicious food, calm energy and peace.
