@Ellybcares @edwinsifuna @JubileePartyK I disagree with this idea of zoning, it's a threat to democracy especially when one is denied a chance against his/her will. These political seats doesn't belong to any individual and as long as one is qualified in accordance with the law, he/she should be allowed.

@KeEquityBank What's happening with Equity, I have withdraw some cash from equity to M-Pesa but the amount hasn't reflected on my M-Pesa despite a deduction on my eq. Account. I haven't received the transaction message too...

Article 203(2) Const:" For every financial year, the equitable share of the revenue raised nationally that is allocated to county government shall not be less than fifteen percent of all revenue collected by the national government."
35% is possible without change of Const.
