In violation of the Pretoria Cessation of Hostilities Agreement, the Ethiopian regime executed a drone strike in the Sheraro area of the Northwest Tigray Region this morning, resulting in fatalities and injuries among members of the Tigray Army during their routine activities. This breach is not an isolated incident; the regime has previously conducted drone strikes targeting civilians in various parts of Tigray. Justice and accountability for the genocide perpetrated by this regime and its allied forces against the Tigray people remain absent. Furthermore, the regime is reportedly preparing for another campaign aimed at exterminating the people of Tigray, having failed to subdue them through measures such as budget cuts, restrictions on fuel, medicines, food aid, and cash, alongside committing further atrocities. @SecRubio@StateDept@SenateForeign@SenatorShaheen@SenatorRisch@SenatorCardin@SenateGOP@SenateDems@BradSherman@antonioguterres
Evidences1, #MikadraMassacre let me introduce you to how the #TigrayGenocide was planned and executed by the Ethiopian Gov and the inhuman Amhara-Fanos!
The people of #Tigray were targeted since the beginning. Meet Atsbeha Embaye (ኣፅብሃ እምባዬ) it’s heart breaking to hear💔
Dear @EU_Commission@UNGeneva@HouseofCommons@UN@StateDept@HumanRightsCtte The peaceful demonstration scheduled in front of the **European Parliament in Luxembourg** represents a significant joint effort between the **Tigrayan and Somali diaspora communities**.
This mobilization highlights a growing coalition between ethnic groups that have historically faced distinct challenges within Ethiopia but are now uniting under a shared humanitarian banner.
### **Core Objectives of the Rally**
The demonstration, anchored by the slogan **"First for Human Rights,"** focuses on three primary pillars:
* **Repatriation:** Calling for the safe return of displaced persons to their ancestral homes.
* **Constitutional Integrity:** Demanding respect for established constitutional territories and an end to "land grabbing."
* **Humanitarian Protection:** Urging the European Union to pressure the Ethiopian government to cease forced displacements and address allegations of genocide.
### **The Organizers**
The event is a collaborative effort between two major advocacy groups:
1. **SPAS (Somali People's Alliance for Self-Determination):** A recently formed coalition (early 2026) comprising the **ONLF** (Ogaden National Liberation Front), **SARDA** (Somali Regional Democratic Alliance), and **CSC** (Congress for Somali Cause).
2. **TDAC-E (Tigray Diplomatic Advocacy Council - Europe):** A prominent advocacy body for the Tigrayan diaspora.
### **Context and Significance**
This rally is notable because it explicitly distances itself from "geo-politics," framing the issues as a **universal humanitarian crisis**.
By advocating for "Justice for all ethnic groups in Ethiopia," the organizers are attempting to build a multi-ethnic front against the current administration in Addis Ababa. This comes at a time of heightened tension, following reports of forced evictions and political instability within the Somali region and the lingering humanitarian aftermath of the Tigray conflict.
> **Note:** The choice of Luxembourg as a venue is strategic, as it hosts several key European Union institutions, including the Secretariat of the European Parliament, making it a vital hub for influencing EU human rights policy.

#PeaceforTigray #ReturnhomeTigrayIDPs
There is an ongoing threat of genocide and other mass atrocities in #Ethiopia.
In April 2026, @genocidewatch published an Ethiopia Country Report. They have determined that Ethiopia is currently at:
‼️Stage 3: Discrimination
‼️Stage 5: Organization
‼️Stage 10: Denial
This determination is based on violence against civilians in ongoing regional conflicts, escalating tensions, and the continued denial of atrocities committed in #Tigray.

@TiborPNagyJr Dear Ambassador there is no need for the TPLF to dominate #Ethiopia all the Ethiopian gov. needs to do is respect the constitution (don't play tricks). Tigrai people will not stop restoring Tigrai's constitutional & historical land & return the IDPs to their homes, only option.
Dear @AfricaUnions@EU_Commission@UN@StateDept@HumanRightsCtte The Tigray Industrial Bureau (TIB) has suspended operations of more than 100,000 employees due to the failure to implement the Pretoria Agreement.
The Tigray Bureau of Industry (TIB) has issued a statement on the current situation and challenges facing manufacturing enterprises.
More than 6,000 small and medium enterprises employing more than 100,000 workers have been established in Tigray, said Mehari Gebremichael, Deputy Head of the Tigray Bureau of Industry.
More than 95 percent of the institutions were destroyed during the genocidal war, he said.
The Pretoria Treaty, which stopped the war, was expected to revive Tigray's economy but failed, he said.
He said loans taken from banks and financial institutions for work before the war have not been implemented due to the war and the non-implementation of the agreement.
He said he had previously discussed the issue with the relevant federal authorities but no problem has been resolved so far.
He said the lack of adequate infrastructure and the required supplies could not be delivered as required.
The inability to import raw materials and lack of suitable processing facilities are additional problems, he said.
He said the agreement with Italian companies to work on research assistance in Tigray's manufacturing sector could not be implemented due to existing federal restrictions and instability.
The budget allocated for the Baker industry has not been able to reach Tigray, he said.
Besides, capital loans to SMEs through machine tools have also been severely hampered, he said.
Kaza, which played a significant role in providing manufacturing machinery on loan in Tigray, has also been unable to operate due to the restrictions, he said.
He said the bureau has repeatedly informed the relevant federal authorities but they have not received any response.
He said the activities of small and medium enterprises have been halted due to the current shortage of fuel supply.
The council will work with its standing committees to address the problems in a timely manner and find proper solutions, he said. @BerhanuAsres #justice4Tigray
We cannot ignore what’s happening—around 200 immigrants in Saudi Arabia are reportedly at risk of execution, with 8 already executed yesterday. Calling on @UNHCR and Human Rights Watch to act urgently and help bring them home safely. #HumanityFirst#SaveMigrantsInSaudi
The British Embassy in Ethiopia says it is “watching closely,” yet Tigray continues to be strangled in silence. Nearly four years after the COHA, survivors are still perishing — and this “watching” feels indistinguishable from indifference and complicity.
Breaking: Nearly 200 migrant individuals in Saudi Arabia are facing execution. 8 were executed just yesterday. Immediate global response is critical. UNHCR and Human Rights Watch must intervene to stop further loss of life. #UrgentAction@HumansNoContext@hrw#SaveMigrantsInSaudi
Subject: Urgent Appeal for the Restoration of Sovereignty in Western Tigray and Safe Return of Tigray IDPs
Dear @BettyMcCollum04@Refugees@EU_Commission@BradSherman@marcorubio@UKParliament@UN@_AfricanUnion@CanadaEthiopia
I hope this message finds you well. I am writing to you today with a matter of great urgency and humanitarian concern. It pertains to the dire situation in Western Tigray, where the sovereignty of the region has been compromised, leading to widespread displacement and a devastating impact on the civilian population, particularly the Tigrayan Internally Displaced Persons (IDPs).
The recent events in Western Tigray have raised serious alarms regarding the respect for human rights, safety, and security of the local inhabitants. Reports of violence, displacement, and a humanitarian crisis unfolding in the region have sparked international concern and calls for immediate action to address the situation.
It is imperative that the international community, including our esteemed organization, come together to advocate for the restoration of sovereignty in Western Tigray and facilitate the safe return of Tigray IDPs to their homes. The rights of the displaced population must be upheld, and efforts must be made to ensure their safe and dignified return to their communities.
As responsible global citizens, it is our moral obligation to stand in solidarity with the people of Western Tigray and support their aspirations for peace, security, and stability in the region. By raising awareness, mobilizing resources, and advocating for the protection of human rights, we can contribute to the efforts aimed at resolving the crisis and addressing the needs of the affected population.
I urge you to consider this matter with the utmost seriousness and to explore possible avenues for collaboration and collective action to support the sovereignty of Western Tigray and the safe return of Tigray IDPs. Together, we can make a difference and uphold the principles of justice, dignity, and human rights for all.
Thank you for your attention to this urgent appeal. I look forward to your swift response and collaboration on this critical issue.
Warm regards,
@BerhanuAsres
