If this company, is considered one of the Top companies in Oman, then I’m sad to say that there is no future in Oman.

@S_AlGhafri If you graduated from one, you’d understand the effort, skills etc. needed to succeed in one…skills that elite companies look for in Fresh graduates.

And May I ask what’s so “specific” about a graduate program that’s titled “Trainee engineers” that has no job description?
