How come all your trains to London run more or less on time but all the other lines that won't make you any profits you run a laughably poor service????
2 car train on busy bank holiday. Sunk 20 quid I don't really have into a ticket, told to wait behind a line like sheep and wait an hour for the next Train.
Why do you consistently fail to provide a reliable service @EastMidRailway I know why, profits.
