We have to remember that what we observe is not nature herself, but nature exposed to our method of questioning.

The drug legalisation discourse always takes place in the abstract.
I’d like you to imagine Britain as it currently exists. The urban areas, the high streets, the public transport. The demographics and political malaise. Now imagine mixing LEGALISED weed into that.
We wouldn’t see the high-end dispensaries imagined by legalisation advocates. We would see yet more tacky, shady, foreign-looking shopfronts in every town and city across the country, but they’d be supplying much more than the usual poisonous Chinese-made tat.
It wouldn’t be Rogan types sparking a joint on a Friday night after a productive week — it would be what is pictured below, everywhere.
Imagine the smell, everywhere. The shady, shuffling groups of stoned people, everywhere. The lack of ambition and energy, everywhere.
I’m a child of the 21st century. I’m no stranger to this stuff. I’ve seen it ruin lives. Anyone advocating for the legalisation of weed or any other drug at this moment of acute crisis is either woefully ignorant, wilfully blind, idiotically utopian, or outright malevolent.
Even though there are physical differences between men and #women in their appearance – one is taller and has a deeper voice – they both possess infinite potential in terms of their intellectual and spiritual capabilities and aren’t different from each other in this.
