(really bad) Twitch streamer and (worse) YouTuber. Did the college got my paper. Done some Sciency stuff, now social work, I game in my free time. Be kind/safe.
This is my only other X account. Other "enm7 or enm/whatever" accounts are fake and impersonating me. please report them. I will follow/follow back real accounts.

@UPS why are your app and website such absolute complete and utter dogshit? I cannot log into the website as it says my info is wrong, I can update it, still says it's wrong. I can log into the app though, but when in the app, if I click on my delivery, IT FUCKING TIMES ME OUT AND ENDS MY SESSION.
WHAT FUCKING GIVES?
@kafluvs But I NEED to know, so I can start a post grad degree, or go for another BS and take this class. or just enroll to take one class. I NEED it in my life.
@AESIndiana hey what the fuck is happening? Why is the power out with no inclement weather? Looks like a planned outtage and your dumbasses didn't fucking notify us
@SwiftPunch1@Im_Rubic lucky AF. Mine just got yeeted. I even had a 5 dollar in my cart from a few months ago I didn't finish and it fucking reverted to 15
I mean I agree, it is by no means as strong of an agreement vs a click to agree. That said, I don't recall if I did or didn't. I'm sure it was a click to agree during account creation, that said I have accounts over and under 20 years old. So the account creation process could have varied considering the Gower brothers still owned the game when I started playing.
Further, to be clear. I'm not trying to defend them. I think this is a horrible decision, and I believe they could be in for a class action.
All I'm saying, is that technically they are well within their right to do so. Just like they can ban you for literally any reason they want.
@AdamsAdam85106@JohnPiDev@RuneScape Because this is a live service game, in a similar way to social media platforms, by accessing it you agree to the TCs. You don't get to disagree with them. If you do, your account is locked or deleted.
I am in this crowd. I have had unbroken membership since 2010, and I have almost every loyalty point ever distributed via all means other than prizes. I had my 5 dollar rate ripped from me.
The clause as much as I hate it allows them to do this, despite it pissing me off.
"Subscription fee changes
We reserve the right to alter our Subscription fees at any time to reflect factors that influence the cost of the Subscription, upon reasonable notice subject to applicable law ("Changes"). These factors include production and distribution costs, the cost of support and ancillary services, costs of sales, the cost of third-party fees associated with provision of the service, administrative and other overhead costs, and government-imposed fees, taxes and contributions. We will post details of any changes to our Subscription fees on the relevant Jagex Product website(s) at least 30 days prior to those changes taking effect, and we will notify you of any changes to the current Subscription fees in advance of any Subscription renewal (including automatic renewals) by e-mail or other durable medium (“Renewal Fee”). Price changes do not apply to existing Subscription periods, but take effect upon renewal (including automatic renewal)."
@AdamsAdam85106@JohnPiDev@RuneScape Don't quote me on this, but I have reason to believe they have language in all membership agreements that allow them to change or end memberships at will.
From what I understand, while super duper insanely scummy, it is perfectly legal. They don't even technically have to entertain grandfathered rates at all. It is entirely a courtesy. It's just a really really shitty business move to screw over your most long standing customers in this way though.
