2. 空投返场。
--在上一轮空投中，某些地址虽然设置了primary name，但是由于域名的所有人/Owner不是本地址，导致该域名的Owner没有获得X2系数，同时该地址没有获得空投。返场空投中希望把这部分域名的空投补上。

当前 ENS DAO 正在起草以下两项提案草案：

1. 将原来多签名控制的资金和权限转移給ENS DAO。
--ENS 根域最初由一个 7 人 4 签的多签合约所控制，相关项目的成员作为这个合约的密钥持有人。从长远来看，在系统允许的情况下，ENS 希望这个控制根域的多签合约会被某种形式的去中心化决策程序所取代。
