@YunYum001@SonicForcesFam But who gives a shit? They’re not really competing devices. Completely different target audiences and that’s perfectly fine. Both have great reasons to own.
@YunYum001@SonicForcesFam The storage barely matters on the Switch when you buy physical cartridges like the OP did. Not to mention if you want to compare specs, the Switch 2 is a far more capable device with a 120Hz screen, detachable controllers that function as mice, comes with a dock etc.
Same for many other electronics. Dishwashers and washing machines are all over the place. The manual of mine literally says something like “we included the Eco++ program to get an A rating, but that probably doesn’t clean your dishes lol just run the Auto”.
The energy label is useless. Bought a new TV recently. Not a single model I found, regardless of size (I wanted 65” though), had a rating better than D. And those were very rare and basically cheap E-waste crap. Any decent TV was F or G.
@gilmeydan@aviationbrk Keep in mind I posted a very literal translation with “kiss my ass”. It is often used as an exclamation similar to the English “you gotta be kidding me!” or “Jesus F*cking Christ!” or so. Which is why I stated it probably wasn’t directed at the pilot. 👍
@gilmeydan@aviationbrk Right after getting hit, she exclaims
“Alter! Leck mich am Arsch! Alter!“
(= basically „Dude! Kiss my ass! Dude!“)
though it’s more a generic swearing than directed at the pilot.
Followed by unintelligible talk and swear words like
“Kacke!”
(= basically “shit!”)
while falling.
@garyrushton8@StokeyyG2@pgmol And these other fouls simply don’t matter. Because none of the fouled players had any chance whatsoever of ever touching the ball if Raya wasn’t fouled and therefore catches the ball. Don’t foul the goalie in the box or, maybe score a goal in the 93 prior minutes. VAR did good.
@KioAvinar@KahunaCilver520@Stealth40k Or get DK Bananza in the bundle (digital) and Pokopia separately (digital only). It would save you $20 I believe, unless you can find a physical DK Bananza copy for cheap.
@StoticClown@Stealth40k Star Fox is only $49 digital anyway, and the console $449 so it’s the same price as buying separately. The three options they offer actually save money. Though I wouldn’t mind more options or even a flat $20 to $30 discount when buying console and any game as a bundle.
@AndrewGspeedrun Also, every player benefits from all the discoveries others made before them. So withholding new discoveries should be discouraged. You’re part of a community. I don’t disagree with using a new discovery yourself first, but it should be done within reasonable boundaries.
@AndrewGspeedrun This happened in the Mario Kart 64 community. A player hoarded 11 WRs over about 15 months, to release all at once to become “champ”. This could’ve meant that some other WRs were never actually WRs. Imagine how the affected players would’ve felt. WR history got messed up.
It’s funny how a terminally online dude with 12k tweets in only 2 years, who lives in Baden - not Berlin, Frankfurt or the Ruhrgebiet - says he never feels unsafe when going outside.
